About the event
Sovereign Lovers Couples Integration Circle will be held monthly via Zoom.
All participants agree that this virtual container will be bound by these guidelines:
Confidentiality: All discussions that take place during the integration circle are to remain confidential. There is no discussion outside of the circle/group of things shared inside the circle/group, unless explicit permission is given.
Non-Judgement: Respect the feelings and experiences of others. We ask that everyone show up to Circle/Group with empathy for other participants.
Vulnerability: The core of connection is vulnerability. When we show up with courage to express ourselves authentically we not only build empathic connections with others, but we give them permission to do the same. At Sovereign Love we believe that HEALING happens in the space of vulnerability.
